They will look like dex xx, eng xx, gold piece xxx, stamina xxx, str xx, vit xx, etc. Doing this will make it easier to find values and edit them. 
Now note down your Hero character values which you will be changing. Drop or keep all your items in your stash. 
First, keep a copy of your Save files, then go to the game. So you can open the d2s Hero file using a Hex Editor to change the Diablo 2 values as following: 
This is cause D2R saves all the character specs and info in the file formats like ctl, ctlo, d2s, key, ma0, ma0, etc. You can use a Hex Editor to edit your hero save the file in Diablo 2 Resurrected.
